A: First, I would ask them to tell me why they think they do not need to perform the task I have asked them to do. I’d explain that even as a manager, I would do the task if I had to. After giving them another chance to do it, I would give them a warning.

A: I am great at working under pressure. I feel that I do my best work when I know that there is a deadline to be met or that I have to do something on a time limit.
