1. AMC Interview Q & A for Film Crew Member

Q1: What does customer service mean to you?
A: Customer service means treating every customer like the individuals that they are. This means that you cannot allow a negative interaction with a previous customer to overflow into the new one. It also means that you have to spend time talking to them and figure out what they need as an individual person.
Q2: Are you a good team player?
A: I am a great team player. I recognize the value of working on your own and what that entails, but working on a team is important; it offers so many benefits. When you work on a team, you are able to get the job done faster.
Q3: Why should AMC hire you?
A: AMC should hire me because I am a very punctual person. I pride myself in my sense of responsibility and I always hold myself accountable.

2. AMC Interview Q & A for Box Office Associate

Q1: Are you comfortable working around customers?
A: Yes, I am. I love being around people and I love working with them, too. I think that customer service is one of my strong suits because of it. This is because I genuinely enjoy helping people and making them happy.
Q2: What would you do if you do not get along with another coworker?
A: If I disagreed with a coworker, I would do my best to resolve the problem between us. First, I would try to do so with just the other employee and myself. If that does not work, I would get a manager to intervene, but only if I can’t manage it myself.
Q3: What can you bring to the company?
A: I am a very upbeat and positive person. This will translate into my job and make the workplace a happier place to be.

3. AMC Interview Q & A for Manager

Q1: Do you consider yourself to be a natural leader?
A: I do consider myself a natural leader. I am comfortable taking charge.
Q2: How do you handle an insubordinate employee?
A: I remind them that, if they don’t want to do a part of the job, it is something that I would have to do myself, even as a manager. I would give them a chance to do it before issuing a warning.
Q3: What do you do when you are faced with a difficult customer?
A: I always try to deescalate the problem. It is my experience that an angry customer is just one that does not feel cared about or does not feel like they are being heard. For this reason, I let them get out what they need to get out. Then, I provide a solution to the problem to ensure that the guest is happy.

4. AMC Interview Q & A for Supervisor

Q1: Why are you a good fit for this company?
A: I am a good fit because I am a natural born leader. I am very good at customer service and taking care of my employees. Being punctual is another great part of my character, and I am always ready to take responsibility for my actions.
Q2: How would you get an employee to do something that they don't want to do?
A: I would explain to them that even as a manager, I would do the task. I would give them the chance to explain why they do not want to as well. After, I will give them one chance to do the task that is asked of them before I decide to issue some sort of a warning instead.
Q3: Are you comfortable taking directions from another person?
A: Yes. I recognize that as a manager, it is my job to manage other people. I also recognize that I am not the only person in charge, however, and that I will have to take directions from someone above me. I am comfortable doing this.
